We have discover a new French recipe for "Brazed Beef". Started this morning, with the prep and will have ready this evening......What a great way to use up the red wine we had left over. Checked with my buddies in Palos Verdes CA today, the Bay was starting to set-up not huge but nice...Good to have friends surfing the world still.
